Second car I've had from them. Great customer service always happy to help were they can. Cars fully serviced and mot done before you drive away. They put the fun back into buying a newer car

Very bad experience with this dealer. They had 2 days to prepare a car and when I arrived the tracking was way out, and the car was filthy, oil on the steering wheel, bits of food and dirt all over the interior just look at the pictures they put up themselves - it was even worse in person as you would imagine. On returning from a test drive the light came on highlighting an issue with the car. The garage owner made the decision to make me wait 2 weeks for a used replacement part (that he found on ebay) to arrive in the post at my expense instead of doing all he could to get the car to me asap in an acceptable condition. After waiting 2 weeks for him to get that part and have it fitted I them asked him about the filthy state of the car and the tracking, he was then very rude about this and so made my decision easy to walk away and I suggest you do the same. They made it clear that they will cut costs no matter what just to save themselves a few pennies, not the kind of garage you'd want to buy a car from if you want piece of mind that its safe for your family.
Visited Cromford cars January 2018 after placing an order and paying a small deposit. We travelled 380 return miles and found our new car exactly as described by mark. We are very pleased with the service provided by this family business and delighted with our new vehicle. Many thanks!!!
This is a very belated review but our experience of Cromford Cars was excellent. This is a family-run business and the service we received was better than any other car sales place I've been to. It's all very well going to massive dealerships where they court you with their slick patter, 'special offers' and shiny salesrooms, but it all feels so false and empty. Here, my husband found a kindred spirit who he could talk to about cars and motorbikes and who really knew his stuff. And I was well looked after too, particularly when I wasn't feeling too good. 7 months on from buying our car we remain very happy with the service and our purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.
